NOYAXI was born from a simple yet powerful realisation: the traditional taxi industry had lost its way. Drivers were struggling under the weight of excessive commission fees, often keeping less than 70% of their earnings, whilst passengers faced unpredictable surge pricing and inconsistent service quality.

In 2024, a group of experienced taxi drivers across the UK came together with a revolutionary idea. What if drivers could own and operate their own taxi service? What if passengers could enjoy fair, transparent pricing whilst knowing their money was supporting local communities? What if technology could empower rather than exploit?

Thus, NOYAXI was founded as the UK's first cooperative-based taxi platform. Unlike traditional ride-hailing companies that extract profits from local communities, NOYAXI operates on the principle of shared ownership. Every driver is not just a partner – they are a co-owner with voting rights and a direct stake in the company's success.
